Jim was raised and attended school in Minneapolis for Architectural Drafting, Structural Steel and Business.

For 12 years Jim owned and operated his own construction company. As a licensed class A contractor Jim specialized in renovation and remodeling. Jim also worked for 8 years as a Commercial Project Manager and Field Representative.

Jim's vast construction experience and the most comprehensive reporting system yet devised, the “Uniform building Inspection Report ™”, assure that you will receive the best possible inspection.
